Founded more than 30 years ago by Jacksonville native Ken Atlee, the Atlee Property Group has remained North Florida's premier land developer, despite ever-present changes in commercial and residential real estate. With a diverse portfolio of success, including rural sites, single-family home subdivisions, multi-family townhomes and apartment complexes, Ken Atlee and his sons, Brian and Mike, are looking forward to the future of the company.
Projects along the Palm Coast for the Atlee Development Group include picturesque communities such as Los Lagos, Las Casitas, Surf View, Beach Walk, Beach Park Village and The Grand Reserve and others, while projects in Jacksonville include desirable communities such as SunCoast Crossing, Pine Grove, Asher’s Landing, Crossroads, Layla’s Place and others.
A typical day for the Atlee Property Group is a busy one. Mike and Brian Atlee, who serve as co-vice presidents of the company, agree that successful real estate development "requires a lot of energy and fastidious attention to detail." Changes are on the horizon to enhance company efficiency and partnerships. The partners are looking at future growth within the company and a strategic alignment within the next projects.

Ken Atlee welcomes new ideas and feels the best for Atlee Property Group is yet to come. "I've been doing this since 1984, and I have a lot of industry contacts and experience," he says. "Now, my sons are bringing in new energy, and this has been a great transition. We're busy, and we are expecting this economy to thrive."
